    Ok so i managed to get it onto to NVR and changed IP to 10.0.0.10 I set the gateway IP to the NVR gateway. Only issue now is I can't see it on the screen. When I got into the camera on the NVR i can see it but when I look at all 9 cameras it is just blank/black

    I have had other chinese PTZs that i logged into SADP or their UI and changed their IP and they worked thru the POE power supply and also direct into the NVR. This camera will work if i can just change the damn IP address and the config tool or UI won't let me. It's pretty damn simple thing...

    Gateway is 192.168.0.1 Camera is 192.168.0.73 The NVR internal NIC is 10.0.0.1 won't let me change to 192.168.0.x I can change it to 192.168.1.x but i can't change camera IP. Starting to get pissed off with these chinese f###ing cameras.

    Its a 16ch hikvision software NVR im running thru a POE switch and tried direct into the NVR POE.

    I can't download IE as my windows is too new. Config won't let me change the IP Camera Browser won't let me change IP Set it to DHCP and NVR won't even allow it to change it.

    Ok ill try this tonight. The NVR is POE but i had an issue running it with POE+ cameras which this is so I used a switch. I'll try factory reset on the configtool first, then your way if it doesn't work.

    I am using the configtool bit It won't let me. It says not match sub net i think. I can only change it to 192.168.0.x which my NVR won't allow me to change too. I'll try to change it to 10.0.0.x tonight

    192.168 0 says internal conflict. So i tried 10.0.0.x and its now all that, the camera just sits saying "detecting" Recommended on here by someone and the Aliexpress sellers has 5 star reviews. Andy something i think was the seller.

    Ok i manged to change it to 192.168.1.x but camera still wants 192.168.0.x it says IP doesn't match gateway. Gateway is 192.168.0.x

    It wont let me change it to 192.168.0.x as the modem gateway starts at 168.0.1

    Ive tried both POE into the nvr and thru a switch. NVR has hikvision software Camera is a no name brand from china but was recommended from a user on here. When I load it up in webpage it comes up as Dahua but the UI isn't Dahua. I can change the ip to anything on the 192.168 but not to 167 so...

    Ok before i start smashing everything ive come for help LOL NVR internal NIC is 192.167.x.x All my cameras are 192.167.x.x Purchased a new camera, logged into it UI on my PC and I can't change the IP to 192.167 its only allowing 192.168. Help?!?!!!?

    So i ended up with a spare ptz from china. Its a no name brand, 5mp super fast but was meant to have human tracking but it didnt. My second on was an identical camera but different interface software. Is there anywhere i can get software to load onto my spare PTZ that might have human tracking?

    Mine is actually x38 zoom see photos of neighbour front gate at about 50meters away Photos of neighbours gate about 50meters away. They were originally 20MB photos but email cut them down to 2.5MB

    Paying about 300-$400 AUD but first one was refunded and I was able to keep it. Works great but just no human tracking, would be great to be able to load software onto it. But anyway, do you think I should try a higher volt POE switch? Not sure what volt the powr supply is its currently running on.

    So after my last PTZ arrived without human tracking i got a refund. I purchased another from another seller but this time an 8mp PTZ. It has human tracking which works "sort of" But the issue i have is it was meant to be POE, seller is confident it's POE but my hikvision NVR won't power it...
