    Hello. I got this camera and have successfully installed it and connected it to my BI server. However, I haven't got to update the firmware. It came with 2.3.5 and when I try to upgrade to Hikvision's 2.4.0 it fails. Any tips?

    I once saw the Annke Cube being recommended as a good indoor option for implementing with Blue Iris. My question is, is that specific PoE Cam still recommended? Are there any other quality options at a reasonable cost?

    I don't know for how much these sell in the US but it's good that you have 1 year warranty. However, I think you should use an SSD anyway. It's very important that you have one dedicated drive for the OS and one for the recordings. Others might be able to explain better.

    That's exactly mine. Only difference is HDD. Mine came with an 640HDD which I anyway swapped with a 2TB WD Purple for the recordings. Also changed the DVD drive with an SSD for the OS. Otherwise identical machines.
