    At present you can't downgrade lower than the original firmware, but if you were originally on 5.30 you can. The firmware is in the downgrader you don't need to add it.

    Just tftp the firmware onto the camera it will all be defaults then, but if you have a hack Chinese one without the right firmware it will be Chinese again.

    @Del Boy is correct DS-2CD2132F is not at end of life and its replace by any other model, the Chinese are saying this to sell you a cheaper hacked Chinese model. Also be carefull as the old rule of being red colourful box being international models is no longer true, as new Chinese models also...
