My free trial ran out, and I don't think I'll subscribe. I think its a great idea, but not quite ready yet. I found I had to review all of my footage even with Sentry because it just seemed unreliable. I adjusted the make time etc but found that Sentry missed humans a good portion of the time... -

How to safely uninstall BI4 after you have BI5 installed.
I have had the same results also Win 10 pro. I tried to re-install bi5, clean registry, reboot etc. Both versions currently work (minus a few buggy things in 5 that I'm sure are being worked out) Jeff- ffhamm

I should have also provided more info, I am sorry. This is running on windows 10 with an I7 processor OS build 16299.309- ffhamm

Black screen after latest update
After the latest update today, all my camera views went 'black' no frames nothing. I rebooted BI and I get the splash screen, then all black screen not even the options, total blackness. Tried several times and rebooted the PC as well. Task manager shows blue iris running, and I can log in via...- ffhamm
