Unfortunately, there are other liabilities when human safety that come into play, and it would not be worth the liability for us to take on residential properties.     Can you give us the camera model number? If it's an IP PTZ, you shouldn't have to worry about the address or protocol, you may need to enable PTZ for the channel that it's on. provide the model of you HikVision NVR also.
