    more than likely though, what they will do is buy a camera from you as a secret shopper, trace down the serial # and cease selling to the company whom you purchased from. It may be a good temporary way to make some quick cash though.

    im sure its legal but probably not a good long term business plan. Also, if you get to any size, expect a cease and desist letter from the manufacture. They may litigate you to where its just not worth the fight anymore.

    Nice improvement over the Vivotek at a far better price I assume! As far as focus, these are fixed focus so no need to focus them at all. I assume your vivotek was probably a Vari-Focal or perhaps had an adjustable back focus.

    Hey Blake, Are you getting a recorder too? Some of the recorders come with built in POE switches which makes installation alot easier. If you dont know alot about setting IP addresses and such, thats probably the best way to go.
