    I think this happens when there's not enough light on them. Your hedges seem to me absorbing / reflecting all of the IR light and not allowing more to project beyond it because of how close it is. I'm a novice so could be wrong.

    I haven't had it lock onto the next target until it reverts back to preset. Is it possible for it to transition onto a second object once the first leaves "coverage" all before going back to preset?

    It would be nice to have additional information. Did one of your cameras have sight of something that the police are actively investigating? Did the court automatically subpoena you without asking or did you deny assistance from the beginning?

    That's annoying. I am sure chances are that cameras help out surrounding houses more than the owner's house. They're more likely to reap benefits from a camera owner than not - if they live close enough. Pointed camera in a general direction doesn't equal being watched 24/7.
