    I was able to cut the time in half to 12 seconds just by throwing more memory at the hyper-V machine; now that it's the weekend I'm going to try and get DeepStack running natively right on Windows instead of having to go through the Hyper-V and docker.

    Hallelujah - fixed the issue. I needed to install the "noavx" version, whatever that is. Running the docker with noavx image allowed me to enter my API key and get it working.

    I downgraded the bitrate on one of the Shield cameras to 640 and the other to 1024. Both were set to 2048. Might see if that helps keep things stable. Will give it a few days and see if the ping rates climb back up.

    Untangle shows network layout and it seems like the pipe is hardly being used. At the highest I was seeing 140kb/s up on the internal side. This is with Blue Iris service started again and everything running. Ping responses to both cameras are stable with BI restarted.

    I sometimes notice it's frozen in the BI application, but if you view the camera through the BI web gui it's fine. i just close the app and re-open. I do have BI running as a service, so ymmv.
