    I don't know what that means. I'm new to these cameras / nvrs and what not. Is your firmware official one, or modified? Is it newer than 2.820.0000000.0.R,2020-11-14 ? Is it compatible with IPC-HFW3549T1-AS-PV-0280B ? I have no idea what SMD3.0 stands for.
