As I wrote many times - you must select beetwen: Acupick turn on with only mini IVS and only mini VMD (no face/plate snapshots, many limitations) or AcuPick turn off for full VMD with all features (as presented on my post) and no IVS (or IVS done on NVR)... -

Camera for indentification HFW5442E-Z4E or IPC-HFW5442E-ZHE
if the marked as red rectangle in last picture area is your FOV.. then only Z4E will supports this.. ZHE optical zoom will stop at much bigger area.. ps. if you have another overview camera there with 110 degree FOV, I don't see any sense to put there another ZHE.. only tele zoom.. -

what area exactly (how wide)? from what point to what point? is that area fits under 45 degrees horizontal field of view (half of 90 degrees)? if yes - then Z4E.. it will support 3x zoom range from 45 to 15 FOV.. it will give nice face images but not super wide overview images.. if you need... -

I remember this photo in past questions in this forum :) for this distance Z4E will be much better, but You should draw on this picture what AREA you want cover by a new camera and not distance to one point..... Z(H)E gives you 110-47 degrees horizontal view.. Z4E gives You 45-15 degrees... -

Give Dahua a few weeks - it looks that they fix bug after bug... Big Question is - does they restore old non-cloud / non-account P2P functionality / connectivity in DMSS??? there are a ton of post / comments about this in Polish Dahua forum... People don't want to use cloud/account mode... -

I told many times on the forum that BW/color switching in TIOC-PRO works very well, much better than anything Dahua released before. Also TIOC-PRO works very well with external motion-activated flood lights.. There is no problem with external light haziness - always turn-on HDR (pseudo WDR)... -

PTZ425DB-AT vs PTZ425DB-AT-R - Low Noise?
for me classic PTZ425DB-AT is one of the loudest PTZ cams... it generates very high frequency pitch noise (R2-D2 is good comparison :) - which moves over air at longer distances and it's very easy to determine source / direction of...
