    i use microsoft av too but even if i add the exclusions it didnt do much. I tried to completely disable all scanning on the machine and its still pegged at 99% cpu. Only if i open the BI5 app it spikes that much

    For me the upgrade was straight forward. Had some weird issues with bi tools but after reinstalling it i had no issues. The gui is different... not bad just re-done taking some time to like it. The biggest issue i have is that when i open BI5 my processor hits 99% . its a win10 64bit...

    based on experience, how high could i go with the IPC-HDW5231R-Z ? i have a perfect location however its around 14-15 feet above ground. curious if that would be too high or if i should try to get it lower.

    apparently there is some outage or known issue with public sharing however. not holding my breath but we will see what happens. Im looking to get real cameras soon anyways.

    Thanks for the reply, i assumed it was something wonky i did. Ill remove the hotzone and add a regular zone there . based on the tutorials online, i did separate zones a-e and they all have a small gap and the final zone g i inverted so the whole screen is covered.
