    I am on mine if you mean a white screen and can't login. Everything else is fine as in SPSS and iDMSS I can view and playback fine. Will go back to V4.000.0000001.2.R.20191101 as it's the latest one I had then update via NVR if needed. Updating to V4.000.0000001.5.R.20191206 via NVR....so far...

    They have like two I have seen but are around if I had to guess 30'+ off the ground above the second story. So no much use besides a over all view. I don't mind the office to much just neighbors asking more then the office. I try to be nice but not always.

    I like it for the most part but would be better if I could mount it higher as to have better IVS. My main issues are the glass reflects at times and confuses the PTZ so it will stop, and not being able to place good lines.     That's strange as your IVS should be DeepIVS if the same model SD49225XA-HNR also I don't see SMD (Smart Motion Detection ) there either so I don't think its the same model.

    As @Wildcat_1 mentioned if you currently have AT and update you should be safe, as it should only be in new purchases/models. I just flashed mine although I haven't had any of the mentioned issues as of yet. Everything still seems to be fine, it's keeps/returns home and if I do a reset it also...

    @ljw2k You need to use internet explorer and install the plugin. They currently don't save everything correctly otherwise.

    Just updated remotely, no issues so far but can't login to the cam as I'm not local and don't want to open ports. I'll check the IVS at least tripwire/intrusion once I get home. Also see if the triangle issue is back or not. Just got home and no issues ans IVS seems to be fine and both cams.

    On the HOME I have a main preset (preset:1) and have enabled it on power on and it never leaves besides triggers. Not sure if that would help or not.

    It has a small wine but its not to bad. I can't hear it unless its silent most of the time, but its right over my couch. I only have my phone so I couldn't run it and record so I set it around 1" from the PTZ.
