    Are the configurations for the camera stored IN the camera, or do you have to keep the configuration software running in the back ground to switch between day and night time profiles.

    I think it is an optical reflection of the lens and the front glass that protects the lens. It moves around when I adjust the zoom. Have not tried taking it apart to see if it is something on the lens. Will just have to live with it for now.
