    Learn the port forwarding on the router. OR buy a local store camera to get a warranty/support. Lots of reading on this forum that tells you how to do all the right stuff. Any ip camera has a learning curve at first... but it gets easier and easier with every ip camera you buy. Don't go online...

    mini ptz and a dome ptz are not the same firmware... geeeeze. There goes $$$ down the drain. A simple reset button would have helped.

    12v from where? Battery? Injector? Order the injector from amazon to rule out this flaky 12v source.

    It was -15f temp here in northern MN (go away -40), and 10x Huisun is still ticking. Camera mounted on my deck, so no eaves to protect. Will mount under the eaves in the spring (if camera makes the winter).
