    If you have “Direct-to-disc” enable on this particular camera try Re-encode…” This is the only way I found to correct the same problem with SWNHD-820CAM cameras.

    In windows “Turn Off the screen” after xx minutes. Minimize BI when you leave… Shake the mouse when you came back… Maximize BI.

    Sorry for my mistake, your camera is not PTZ but just Varifocal, so I think you can't do that with this camera...
