Link to camera is 4mp with color night white led, I have both types. Color cameras with white leds and dual light. However some cameras with dual light don't always work the way I want them all the time. -

Sorry I don't have much better info other then that the NO is for Normally Open and the C is for Common. That when trigged it makes the Normally open area of a Relay close so now that NO and C are making a pure contact. What is important is that the Relay has a Rating. Well oddly enough my 2 Amcrest IP2M-850EB and 853 and 858 cameras all support focus Presets as well. Still not something that would work well for LPR at night.
