Go it figured out, Had to hook it up to a tv through the hdmi port and for some reason the max user got set back to 0, I have no idea how that happened- thorholt

In case anyone else has issues with IE11 I got it to work, I had to run IE11 NOT as a administrator, then it is fine. -

I did reboot it by unplugging power and by the gui button, My ip is still the same, it seems as they are static on my provider. -

It looks like the netgear router has some sort of blocker in it for port scanning, no way to turn it off, The router has worked with a dahua camera a few months back though, but dahua uses different ports. -

Enabling it didn't work, I scanned my ports 8000, 554,443,80 with canyouseeme.org and all of them were reported as timed out, Is that a valid test? -

I added the 8000 to my router and I can log into cam locally, when I am on the same router as the camera with the phone, but not remotely from a different ip with the phone, What am I missing? -

I am having trouble getting it set up for remote view, I have opened up ports in my router as follows: HTTP 80 RSTP 554 HTTPS 443 and they are set the same in the camera, But no connection, My Dahua cam's all us port 37777 for the phone app, what is the correct settings? -

A reboot of the computer fixed the file install error, And it now works with FireFox, But it still won't work in IE11, I have no anti-virus installed and am running as the administrator, I am going to set it up for remote viewing and see if my work pc will log in. -

Has anyone confirmed that these cameras work as a stand alone web server yet? Mine works fine through the apps (IPhone and Windows app) but I cannot get it to function using Windows 10 and IE11, it will not load up the active x or can I change any of he cameras parameters in the web browser -

The Active x filtering is off, Thanks for the tip though, I saved the web plugin to my desk top and it has the administrator badge over the top of it, I wonder if that has anything to do with it, I am running as the administrator while doing this, no other accounts on this pc. -

Has anyone used this cam with windows 10 and IE11 yet? I can't get it to run the active x, it downloads it, installs it then I reboot but I keep getting the "plug in not detected" message. I have also include the address on the compatibility list, My Dahua's work fine on the same pc, Any ideas?
