I paid $52 on a $1850 invoice to the USA via DHL, which is very fair, I know its much more then this for UK buyers, I also prefer to use Aliexpress sellers but finish the transaction outside Aliexpress, you are still protected if using paypal. Most sellers know this and want no problems. -

Maybe you can add an external IR light or add a few good night view cams. you'll save money and have higher res cameras. Here is the night performance of a hik 3mp, recorded at 2mp as per video info. Should view on a 1080p monitor. Also the bit rate for the clip is unknown. -

Camera keeps rebooting after changing IP port
Do you get a page cannot be displayed or "unable to connect" when accessing from the browser? If unable to connect, it means the camera is online and detected, ensure you are putting :81 after the address, since the working cam is port 80, you dont have to enter any ports followed by the cams... -

Just did some searching, the only 4mp that has a metallic housing is the DS-2CD2342WD-I, which has the Wide Dynamic Range of 120db, while its a completely different model it is the closest to the popular plastic-mount, 4mp floating around. It also comes up as an overseas item so not sure if... -
