    Only one possibility will make the upgrade v4.0 not bootable. Your NVR is the Chinese version, and the English version is flashed. Early firmware V3.2 will not verify the hardware regional version. V4.0 will verify the hardware region. Unable to boot if the firmware area is wrong.

    Double light sources can't use large-aperture lenses, and there will be no better colors at night. Full color can use F1.0, Infrared light need use F1.4~F1.6.

    Thanks for providing. Maybe your ipc is a PTZ lens. So it is very different from my PCB. But it should be possible to plug the CMOS cable back and fix it with glue. Be careful not to reverse the connection. Flat line blue facing numbers 1~39. Flexible flat cable specification AWM 20798.
