    Just installed the official 5.9.9.99 version 6 release, all I did is run the installer, it removed the old BI5 service, I then had to activate the service in BI 6 and everything is as it was, no drama it just worked! At some point I will Uninstall BI5 and remove the old BI5 install directory

    Just to clarify you are running Version 4 of BI if so that is an extremely old version, I am not sure if many users would still be running version 4. Perhaps you meant to type 5.9.9.99 which is a potentially unstable beta V6 version. Please clarify what version you are using!

    Thanks, updated to most recent version of 5.9.9.99 and export is now working, not sure I like being on the bleeding edge, but it is better than not working!

    Have you tried rolling back to one of the NON BETA versions of this software to see if that fixes the link problem! I presume that you know that you are using a version that is very much a BETA and from what I have seen has many bugs, I myself don't like to be on the bleeding edge!

    I set the direct to wire option and UI3 will not display the main stream when I solo any of my cameras, when I clear the direct to wire option the main stream is again working when I solo any of the cameras. I have never used this setting, not sure what reason I would have to use this option.

    Possibly, depending on what camera you have, some cameras are better than others, I am pretty sure that some people have found the camera AI detection is better than CPAI!

    Have you looked in the windows application event logs to see what it says? Are there any log files in "C:\Blueiris\log" folder (that is the default log file location, yours may possibly be different! there might be some txt files with the format yyyymm.txt

    I have a remote site that periodically loses internet, if the internet is down for say 24hrs is this switch going to automatically reboot in a non stop loop until the internet is restored?
