Dahua NVR - Skipping/Choppy Video
The biggest problem with HFW3849T1 is that the DRAM configuration is too small. 8MP requires 1GB of RAM. But this one is only 512MB. So if you want to use the TIOC series cam. I would recommend choosing the HFW3549T1 -

Dahua CMOS for F1.0 1/1.8" has both new and old. The old size is longer, the new one is much shorter. But I have compared and there is not much difference between old and new images. But the new short version can be replaced by 2.8MM F1.0. -

Dahua SMD 3.0 will filter animals. You can set the SMD sensitivity. SMD 3.0 can distinguish between people and cars. Instead, I think the old SMD is better to use. In addition, the firmware V2.800.15OG004.0.R cannot run the CMOS of HFW5849T1 Firmware version V2.840 or later must be used. -
