    He sells unbranded no-logo cameras. And he's not in this list: Authorized Distributors And I would NOT recommend him I'm selling my Dahua setup I bought from him. None of the issues I reported were resolved and some of the questions he simply ignores.

    That VPN icon is just Blokada ad blocking, I was connected to internal network via Wi-Fi. But I'll try to disable the ad blocking and see if it changes anything. Does this look like your NVR settings? Do I need to configure anything on the cameras?

    I get "Failed to download picture" error when I open a notification. Any idea how to fix this? I'd like to see a picture before I decide whether I want to see the recording or not.

    I have IVS rules set up in the zone of the interest and they work fine. Now, I want to additionally recognize movements outside of the zone but I want these to be separate in the timeline as they are not that important to me and I want to be able to separately search for IVS and Motion events...

    Yes, look for something else if you want better software. Dahua is one of the worst. I have 4 dahua cameras and NVR and now thinking of changing to hikvision because of the software bugs and issues they have.

    I don't use a PC or Blue Iris. And no, you don't need a i5 for hosting a file share. You may need it if you use it as VMS which I didn't. I had a Synology NAS which I used as a NFS/SMB share and had all my cameras record to that share. Only had issue with this model. Later I purchased a Dahua NVR
