    Arlo has a cellular one that works well. It can be paired with a solar panel. I know arlo is frowned up on this forum but I have one at my cabin for the same purpose and it works well for what I need.

    I use an almost identical setup with BI & Homeseer but use mqtt instead of http json, which in my case mqtt seemed to be a hair faster.

    Blue Iris Windows 11 or Windows Server?

    If you can get server 2019 or 2022 cheap enough why not. None of thr bloatware to deal with like windows 10 or 11. That said I run bi on windows 11 in a vm. No issues
