    Not sure how you figure that? Does sentry only allow you to use BI pushalerts after it detects a human? Where do you set your output or alert coming from sentry after it detects a human? I see under trigger you have a check box to use Sentry input, but where is the output?

    I have a few different alerts setup. I use pushover not blueiris alerts. I also push http commands to my Smarthome when BI see's motion. So basicly right now I'm still getting all the same alerts and clips as before without Sentry even when it's not a human.

    Thanks, I have two systems with 10 cameras each. That's around 240 a year. Maybe reasonable but not cheap compared to BI pricing I pay now. I guess a test will see how well it works. 6 sec round trip would be an issue but I'm hoping cutting out Email and Text should help with that.

    I heard back and they ask for me to send them a camera settings backup file so they can look into it. For me I tested the new .1 release and same thing. I also found that if I "open the camera properties, go to trigger tab, and uncheck cameras' digital input or motion alarm" then the alerts work...

    So I did more testing and I upgrade from 4.8.4.8 to 4.8.5 and my alerts stop working on only one house. I down grade back 4.8.4.8 and it instantly starts working.     OK I just ran the update64_4.8.4.8.exe backup that BI Update Helper creates and after downgrading my problem is now solved. It is now triggering again like it should. I did try running the reg backup first and that didn't fix it. I guess my next test will be to upgrade again and see if it brakes...

    Ok let me rephrase. I have the same symptoms as the others. I have two systems one I upgraded to 4.8.5 and it no longer triggers my alerts anymore. The other house is still on 4.8.4 and it's working. So how should I go about fixing my issue?

    Well i feel stupid, but i didn't know I needed to create a new user and pass for ONVIF. I had tried most if not everything else you menchined and had ONVIF on but when you said that user for ONVIF i looked and went over everything and I now have it working. Thanks for your help! JIM

    Check later on. I always was able to connect it just took 3-5 times. But once it connected I was good after that for some time. Then later that day same problem again. But once its good I can log out and login without an issue for some unknown time.
