    Config files not saving

    I’m using an iPad Air. My 3 Amcrest camera config files are not saving to my files app like they used to. When I’m in the camera setup I click on download and it appears to save the file but I can’t find it anywhere in the files app.

    Hikvision viewers freeze

    I have Hikvision DS-2CD2032F-I. Using iOS mobile viewers IVMS or EZVIZ, when viewing live, the view freezes after about a minute or two and I have to close the app and re open it. My reason for buying this camera is for watching for my special needs son's bus to arrive in front of my house...

    Test email doesn't work

    I recently purchased the HikVision DS-2CD2032F-I US version. I was able to perform all needed configuration options with one exception. The email alert test fails no matter which account that I use. My yahoo account reports "test failed". The gmail account says that my user name or password...
