Suspicious Car and Plate Not Clear - Need Recommendation on Next Steps
I have a pine tree with 4 cameras in it. The pine tree is right off the street. For license plates I am running the 8-32mm Dahua 5442-S3 cameras. The rest of my cameras are running the 4/3" or 1/1.2" sensor for good night vision except for my new Hikvision 4K PTZ.- Parley

My HLC is not adjustable either. Also, WDR makes the picture too dark. I have four other cameras that I use for license plate reading. I have this PTZ up front so that I can manually zoom in on something that interests me. -

If it is the camera I think it is, I say no. It is a good 4K camera. I have 6 of them. Four of them are 4mm, one 2.8mm at the front door, and a 6mm watching the street. -
