    Set Transfer Protocol to TCP. It possible connect VIA SSH to inside PSH with restricted shell & try open console log. Or connect to TTL2USB adapter inside to real console and get log, to see more. Maybe it help, maybe not. Try upgrade or downgrade your NVR firmware. Do something ;)
