    Intrusion and Tripwire work. SMD is considered a motion event, so you would need to create a rule for the motion on the camera, dont use NX for Motion recording. Far too sensitive

    On local monitor. Go full screen on channel in question, right click and select PTZ control. Use zoom + and - buttons, camera should auto focus

    I've come across this quite a few times on firmware versions from 2020. Update firmware should fix it for you.

    Are you using Internet Explorer? I dont believe you will see the option on Chrome etc.
