    I installed the BI 6 on 2 different servers now. One is fine, the other has and issue with camera settings and font. I don't know what happened and have never had an issue like this.     My alerts work now, because I add the 00000 in the second space, but if I go in and do the find/inspect it takes the 00000 away in the second spot and the alerts no longer work. Weird. Well, at least I have a work around.

    I am switching to a new CC for my auto renewal for BI. Is the only way to change my CC to my new one to contact BI? Am I missing an address I can go to and fix this issue? Thanks.

    Wow. We'll see if that works, but it appears like you said. The only camera that appears to work is the one that had the 00000 in both spaces. Why did this happen? Weird. Thanks, Keizer, I love you, man.

    This system is the EXACT same system as another system I run. Same networking equipment, same cameras, same fiber, same everything. One has been working with this fiber for almost a year now. The other, was just hooked up a week ago. It worked fine for almost 6 days. Then today, not so much.
