I currently have a G1 I5 and it is OK to test BI, but not to run in use. I may be able to get an Intel I7-880 that will work without having to ditch the rest of the hardware, all I need to know is if it will be able to run my 4 cameras without too much issue? Yeah I know it's G1, but I hate... -

Without a little more information... YES - but it is not recommended Port Forward to each camera and then use an app to connect. -

G'day mate, just a little confused here, when you did some of the actions you say that the password failed, does that mean that you did in fact connect via a web browser to that camera and it brought up the logon screen but your password failed? Confused : IVMS/LOCAL settings or NVR
I am in the same thoughts process as you, driven by the fact that the camera is the element that is doing the work, as in the micro processing, and the NVR is then manipulating the data? if that makes sense -
