    Unable to access NVR GUI over LAN via IP

    Sounds like a port misconfiguration! Hook up a monitor and mouse directly to the NVR to check your network/port settings. If the HTTP port isn't set to default 80, you won't be able to hit the web GUI in a browser using just the IP address.
