    @wittaj I found the issue. The chime puts out 14.5 vdc. It was wired to a door button that has a light in it and it dropped the voltage down. Can i use the AD410 without the chime kit?

    mine stopped working no matter what version. I updated the software yesterday to the latest version and I rolled back several times. I’m on 5.5.4.5 now. No matter the version, nothing.
