    Contrast and sharpness is not good, especially in background. My chinese 1/1.8" HFW4833F-ZAS have a similar image. Only first 4-5 meters are really sharp. Additional IR illuminators help. It's much better with 5442/5842, better lenses I guess. "West Lawn" has bad bleeding.

    Look for something like this: KIT/PFM364L-D1/IPC-HFW4230MP-4G-AS-I2/PFB121W and add battery and outdoor wifi equipment of your choice but better run at least 2-wire 12V DC to camera site. This saves you lots of money.

    The problem with domes is the glass. The always needs to be protected from rain and often some of the IR light is getting reflected by the glass. Turrets and bullets don't have this glass dome and so the rain drops doesn't affect them.
