Welcome to the wonderful world of Dahua. SmartPSS is known to do this with some versions. What build date smartpss are you using? Is firmware up to date on recorder? You will find different versions of pss here Index of /images/Files/Software/SmartPSS- MC1987

DMSS Push Notifications and Disarmed IVS
There is custom Alarm Centre firmware for some models which allow you to select push notifications as part of the disarming function, you might need to request it from Dahua -
