Thank you for the reply. I have a Generic NVR. It works great with the other 9 HDW5xxx cameras. All I do is set the NVR to the IP addressed assigned by router enter the username / password for the cameras on the NVR. I am guessing the DB11 does not have a configuration page like the other... -

I tried the exact setting you have and all the cameras set to the correct time then in one minute they change to time plus one hour. Took out the DST and the time was correct but when I log out then log back in the NPT is not checked. The cameras came with 20170830 but I then tried 201800330... -

Well after a few days the time is no longer sync to NTP. Cameras are apparently only sync once since when I check the NTP box and save and refresh it sync correctly. If I click on any other tab and come back to time tab it is no longer checked. I asked Andy but he had no idea. I wonder does... -
