    Mine reboots (goes off line) once in a while (like days apart) not to sure what that is all about, but I can live with it. Not real happy with IR, but it does not effect stream, just picture. Pretty sure it is it's location, but I had no choice. M

    My Cisco (Linksys) dual band router works fine. I have both 2.4ghz and 5ghz. No sure why yours doesn't work but you could get a 2.4ghz extender and use that to interface to. M

    I have not had any luck with Sandisk Ultras or Samsung EVO. I have went to Samsung Pro Endurance SD cards now. Had the same missing SD card issues and I see a Camera Offline randomly with Ultra and EVO. I still have 2 with Sandisk Ultras which are now malfunction and I get no SD card present...

    The DB-11 is 2.4GHz. Lots of things are including some microwaves. Had a friend have issues it turned out to be microwave. He changed out and no issues. Also could be the wiring possibly? M

    Dahua Configtool (4.01) no longer works with iMac update 10.14.3 on our iMac. Everything was wonderful before the last MacOS update. The Configtool simply does not find any of our 9 Dahua Cams or the DB11. Cams all still work with NACL Chime just fine. I know many here don't use MacOS, but...

    Just put some spacers behind screws to give you some room behind plate for wire, that is what I had to do. I also have brick. The door bell would probably not last a week on a battery. M

    I would love to be skilled at setting them up. I have tried setting alarms and such but it either records continuously or not at all. All cameras are perimeter type that have trees cars bushes and the like always setting them off. M

    Well long story short. Sandisk will not cover any SD Ultra used in a security Camera, voids warranty. Wants me to buy their high endurance, but it only comes in 64GB. Go figure it would have to work twice as hard... :-). Think I settled in on Tangent's recommendation Samsung Endurance...

    I just verified and the SD card is INOP. I replaced it with a spare and it is clicking along just fine. The INOP card does not come up in Disk Utility. Something seems real peculiar about 7 of 11 cards I purchased on May 14, 2018 go bad within a few days... Gremlins !! We will see what...

    Hey Fenderman. They are all Sandisk 128GB Ultras and they are continually writing, They last abut 3 1/2 days before they start deleting. All purchased in April 2018. I had Ultra in my previous Vivoteks and they continually wrote for 6 years with out issue. M

    Mine did not let you format in the iMOU app unless it is MS-dos(fat). ExFat could not be recognized by the DB11 on a 64 or 128GB Sandisk Ultra micro SD card. M

    I finally got a SD in the DB11. 64GB is the max and you have to format it with MSDOS(Fat). It come with ExFat from Sandisk. Now I am playing with it to record history without buying their Cloud. M

    I use Chrome and NACL Plugin without issues. Safari works but any feature that uses a plugin like view and import/export don't work so it have limited use... My MacOS camera software
