    sorry to jump in but I ran the ping test to 8.8.8.8 and shows packet loss rate 0% Average delay 13.87 ms, What does this tell me, my NVR is open to being hacked?

    Yes I can see that, and considering my camera is 10 feet above deck and deck is 8 feet or so above ground i can see how my cam would be much more distorted. Do you use the default settings for camera?
