I manged to buy a TandemVu camera and can only get one stream to work in BI. I could only find one post about it on the forum and could not get both streams to work only one.
Would anyone know how to find it? Channel 1 is the PTZ and 2 is the Panoramic. BI only find channel 1.
I have cameras inside and keep them all on a VLAN so none of them can reach the outside world. They have no internet access and no access to browse the network.
What should i go for then the biggest sensor size 1/1.8" sensor?
EmpireTech SDT8C842-8P-FA-APV-0280 2×1/1.8" CMOS 8MP 42x Starlight Dual Light Network Panoramic PTZ Camera
That is why i was looking at the x-spans or TandemVu cams as they have a fixed wide cam that works with the PTZ to zoom in on whatever.
I don't think they work with BI though. There is not much info on the forms about them. Hikvision has so many different versions.
I have a few IPC-Color4K-T180 from empire tech that i bought last year and they are great around the house now i want to upgrade my PTZ that i got in 2014 it's a dahua 2mp 30X. I've been looking at the new TandemVu or X-Spans-Series since they come with a 180 camera.
Currently my PTZ is on a...
Is it at all possible to install a remote IP cam that can stream 24/7 to BI using a battery that gets charged by solar? I have two ubiquiti nanobeams not in use.
Not sure how or if it would even be possible, nanobeam uses 8.5 watts.
Yeah it's made cheap now with loads of plastics and the prices are ridiculous. When i bought my V8 Tundra the dealer tried his best to sell the new V6 Tundra telling me how it had more power than the V8 and better MPG. That was before all the recalls. I don't like how the new trucks look they...
love my V6 98 tacoma it's been a rock i bought it new for 17k. Thought about selling it when i got the Tundra but i could not do it as it is considered antique now.....no tax on a antique.
I am a Toyota fan to have been since the 80s. The new Toyota's are a joke and will not last as long as the previous models mainly the trucks so far as they all now have turbo garbage in them. It is well know that a turbo adds stress to the engine not to mention the average life span of a turbo...
I know i made this post months ago but the sheet metal painted the color of the soffit is working great he is super happy about no holes in his house! I need to go back as one cable has worked it's way out of the vinyl siding.
Do these strips of vinyl siding come off easy, highlighted in black...
Can anyone suggest a battery powered doorbell? I know that is not ideal and can't use BI really.
Looking to get two of them. Most all my IP cams are dahua with a few older hiks left.
IP cameras are a hobby for me, how would the AI do at night? I don't record at night since we get a lot of bugs etc so at night i get a ton of false alerts.
