    I believe those rca ports only allow you to use a mic and speaker. There can be a mic outside and speaker by the NVR or vise versa. They don’t record the audio

    Settings -> App Store -> AUTOMATIC DOWNLOADS section Make sure App Updates is off. Won’t help you this time but will for next. At this point you have to wait until DMSS is back in the App Store

    You should be able to switch wifi off, open OpenVPN and when it connects, open DMSS. Everything should work like you’re on wifi just a bit slower depending on your home internet up and cellular down connection speed

    Unfortunately DMSS is not available at the moment. If you haven’t downloaded it already try Amcrest View Pro 2. Use IP/Domain/DDNS to add your NVR Address: is the IP address to your NVR Device Name: whatever you want to call it

    I use DMSS when I’m home or away. Same app, same settings. If I’m home and on wifi I open DMSS, if I’m away I open the OpenVPN app, slide the switch over and when it connects open DMSS

    Unfortunately I’ve decided it’s the new NVR and not an app problem. I’ve added the old NVR to the Amcrest app and the IVS notifications work. Just got a motion notification from the new NVR but no IVS. The email came through from the new NVR for the IVS though
