    No. I think that specific working camera is set to 25 FPS, and is indeed showing as 25FPS in the Hikvision NVR Live View window.

    One thing I have just noticed when looking back at the information provided by VLC is the frame rate on the problematic camera: 29.97... certainly does not look right - the camera is set to 15FPS, and my Hikvision NVR reports the correct 15FPS when live viewing the camera.
