You could upgrade your network.... I run a Netgate SG-4680-1U pfSense router. It allows me to make complex firewall rules and has OpenVPN built in. I have firewall rules that only allow my Windows machine running BlueIris to connect to what I whitelist. I never have Windows issues that way... -

which codec takes up less storage? H264 or H265? I was under the impression H265 is more compressed. Im a long way from expert on codec so dont take my question the wrong way.- whoami ™

Also if possible set cams to stream @H256 EDIT: @H265 VBR @ 15fps with a iFrame interval of 15. I was amazed at how much more I was able to fit on a 8TB WD Purple and what it did for CPU usage.- whoami ™

What's your zone and hot spot lookin like? By the look of your pic there is no reason to have a zone enabled. Unless my cam has a tree right in front of it and I need to block out the tree constantly moving, I dont enable zones w/ AI Tool. -

I would think there has to be YouTube videos on how to set it up. I'm guessing your issue has something to do with creating the certificates needed for the server and client. I run my network on a Netgate pfSense router/firewall and making the certs for OVPN was the only part I had to google...- whoami ™

Why is the ui3 quality worse than the console even on lan or localhost?
What are the default settings for Webserver>Advanced>Encoder Profiles? I jacked my settings all up trying to get better quality stream of multi view (aka channel 1) in tinyCam just to later realize the setting for that is in a different location. -
