Does TinyCam support deep links that could be used with Home Assistant Android TV Remote intergration?

Figured Id go straight to the source. Below is a link to a guide getting the information needed to open apps on AndroidTV using deep links with a service call through Home Assistant. I literally have zero experience with so I figured the guide could explain what I'm looking for better than I...

How to change BI profile using HomeAssistant?

Just incase anyone else comes across this in the future I'll give you what I got to get it working at the moment. Its as simple as you can get for a RESTful api so don't judge me. I'm pretty sure I'll write something more secure over the next couple days. # RESTful api rest_command...

How to change BI profile using HomeAssistant?

I made a noob mistake and forgot I was trying to pass traffic across VLANs. Creating a firewall rule in pfSense to allow HomeAssistant to BlueIris solved my issue, but not before pissing my wife off and burning close to 8hrs of a Saturday.

Remote manage 2 BI systems from a third at same time?

I dont know your whole network set up.... But If you have a VPN running on the remote network, like in pfSense on a Netgate firewall appliance, then you could remote into the network and use Windows Remote Desktop to open up two sessions. One of each PC running BI. I'm assuming you dont need...

Google TV (Android TV) app for viewing RTSP streams

I use AI Tool with DeepStack on Blue Iris, then I use AI Tool to send PushOver Notifications. I run the app Notifications for Android TV on my phone and Nvidia Shields and have it set up so if I get a door bell push I get a image sent to TV's or if Deep Stack detects a "person" after 11pm on any...

Google TV (Android TV) app for viewing RTSP streams

I use Tinycam Pro on the Nvidia Shields that I have on every TV in my house. Best option I found. Dev is on this forum and replies back to questions. I point the app at my BlueIris server and pull the streams from BlueIris vs. pulling them directly from the cams. It had me a little confused at...

    The Power of Bitcoin

I think ETH will out preform again next cycle, but BTC will probably lead going into the halving. I was 99.9% sure BTC would make it to 100k last cycle & I thought ETH would make it to 5k. ETH just missed my target but BTC fell way short. Could've been from all the paper BTC everyone was selling...

New pfSense server - not receiving BI alert images

I can only think of stupid things you would least expect to be causing the issue like time and date mismatch on the machine due to no NTP server or hostname vs. IP that is set up in the app. Maybe a .local vs .localdomain or something stupid like that. I dont enable BI app notifications...

Hello from Eastern USA, looking to gain knowledge so I don't waste money.

I don't know about TP Link switches, but I started out with a Netgear switch and it was a real PITA to set up VLANs. While searching VLANs on YouTube I realized there was an abundance of info on UniFi products paired with pfSense so that was the route I transitioned to. I think I started out...

Hello from Eastern USA, looking to gain knowledge so I don't waste money.

Lessons I learned which I believe were important. Spend the money up front or you'll end up spend more later replacing the junk you thought was good. For switches or access points go Unifi. Unifi is easy to configure with VLANS ect. Get your cams from Andy. I went full circle from thinking he...

    Newbie VPN question

Another reason you would want to run a VPN on your home network is to protect you when you connect to public WiFi. By using VPN to access your LAN from outside of your network you only have to have one inbound port exposed and you know its secure cause it's OpenVPN which continually goes through rigorous security audits. The Power of Bitcoin

At this point it wouldn't be worth the additional cost in power. Ethereum and Bitcoin are under their 200 week moving averages and at the point of maximum opportunity.
