    Thank you bp2008! I was playing with the latest some more and noticed that sometimes it opens the main stream but more often than not, it opens the sub stream. That explains why my other BI server running the latest stable version doesn't have this issue.

    Alright, so I added a new scheduled event and it worked. So it must be something to do with existing scheduled events which were brought over from the V4 configuration.

    I'm running 5.3.0.3 I just checked again and noticed that the active profiles for the schedule and for the alert weren't selected properly, however I thought I had fixed that previously. I selected them all for now and will see if it works tomorrow am when the scheduled trigger goes off.

    I presume you mean inside the Dahua camera gui? There's an Audio->Attribute->Noise Filter option which was set to Enable, I just switched it to Disable. I'll see what happens.
