    Ptz move to preset when triggered by another camera ?

    Every time I try to go to get BICommand from Cam-it.org, Norton blocks it with "Web Attack: Malicious Redirection 21". Would someone with a good copy mind sending it to me? or posting it?

    OK, good to know and I am learning. But here is where my weird little mind gets confused. If I do as you state above, does all of my camera traffic (packets) still travel through the whole network? And actually is all my other traffic (4K streaming TV, normal IP TV and such) still intermingle...

    If this is already out there, sorry, could not find exactly what I was looking for. I have BI on a dedicated server, 6 cameras (mix of 4MP and 2MP). I would like to add a 2nd NIC card to the sever and separate out into a "camera only" network and a "rest of the world" network. To see the cameras...

    False Trigger Troubleshooting, I need a plan!

    I thought I had read on here somewhere (too many posts, so little time!) that you can play back clips and run them through "something" (sorry do not remember what) to be able to try to fine tune your trigger settings. I has been very windy and lots of trees and sun causing all kinds of shadows...

    Where did my "timeline" go?

    Admin user is there, BUT when I went to edit that user, the "View recorded clips" was unchecked. I have no idea how that happened. I checked it, got out of BI application and opened it again, and I see my timeline and clips again! Thanks! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

    I am not sure what in the world I did, but I normally see my "timeline" at the bottom of the BI main screen. But something happened and now it is gone and I am not sure how to get it back. I looked for a button, a right-click, something to bring it back, but I don't see it. I know I rather new...

    New server on the way, best practice to move BI to new server? I really don't want to reinvent the wheel. I am definitely NOT a super user regarding BI, so I appreciate any tips, tricks, and suggestions.
