    But it a strange issue. But one of my Cameras is showing wrong username and password. I’ve not changed anything and left as default, but I don’t know the default password. Another of my cameras cannot be found. When trying to addd or search for it. Any help and advice please? Thanks

    The NVR is on my network. NVR has assigned the camera it’s IP address. Is there anything I can use to check there is no conflict?

    I’ve an odd issue with one of my cameras. It seems to go off automatically for no reason. I’ve checked on the search and there doesn’t appear to be anything odd. Checked the cable with a tester, continuity is okay, no shorts either. It comes back on when I reboot the NVR.

    All sorted. I now have another issue when I view the cameras say View 4 one of them is a black screen. If you double click on it then it’s showing. Any ideas?

    Its all disabled on the nvr in the main and sub stream. But I cant log in to the camera. It says my details are incorrect?

    I am trying to turn off sound on one of my cameras, I have gone into Camera > Encode and clicked on More and changed the Audio to OFF. But the audio is still coming from the camera. Any ideas?

    Okay my issue is if I plug a short patch lead in, works no problem. I then plug in a 25m patch lead and the camera status is red.

    Ive done that, Ive unplugged it, deleted it and then when I connect each end of the rj45 cat5e cable it finds the camera, but it doesnt say Port 3 as all of the other cameras say Port 1 this says 3777.

    Thats quite a big jump in price. I understand what your saying about the cheap testers. For the price of the Klein unit you have listed I could get the Dahua tester.

    Ive installed Dahua Tool Box. On the Config Tool I can only see the NVR on my Network, no Cameras are showing despite being plugged into the NVR. I am on an Apple Macbook Pro. If someone could walk me through it that would be great.

    Ive seen there is a reset flap that has two screws. I don’t want to void the warranty as I only got them last week. So I may just send it back. Is there a way to test my cable to make sure that it’s not that.
