    The computer does not lag only BI. I looked at the guide it seems old going back to version 3.

    They are going through a 48 port POE switch that connects to my PC by a Mellanox ConnectX-3. 10GIG Card.

    No i have not, I have a 20 core CPU and it only sits at 30 percent usage. But i can try if you think that may be the issue.

    I'm using the newest version of BI, the issue i have is lag. I can see something happen out side and on a camera i see it much later or on a PTZ i pan the camera and it happens secs later. Restart BI and it all works instantly again. Not sure what is going on.
