Need Guru help please to telnet to VTO2000A / fw issue

@cata, I found out the VDPconfig which is in the toolbox but specifically for the VTO / VTH, thanks for this but unfortunately the firmware upgrade doesn't work neither -

Hello and thanks a lot for your answers. On Config tool 3.20, port 3800, I can't sipply login, I get a "login failed" ... with port 37777, I get message "Failed to start upgrading" I also tried Config tool 4.09, it sees my VTO but cant' choose port 3800 ... and via port 37777 it fails and I... -

on the app you also have the option for "audio only" ... is that option not selected ? In that case you would only have audio, no picture ... -

Dahua IPC-EBW81200 mail timestamp issue (reception date 6 hours behind ...)
Any news about this issue ? I have just re-enabled the mail notification again, and I see the issue is still there - not sure it has been solved in a newer release ... As a reminder, the mails sent from the Dahua Camera (IPC-EBW81200) are coming with a 8 hours ahead difference so a mail sent at... -

Dahua Camera why is DST "manual" ?!?!?
ok, but how is it supposed to work ? I "sync with computer", it will set the same date and time as computer, then if DST is enabled, it will add / remove an hour at the configured start time / end time ? P.S. I just tested at 15:58, synced with my computer, and set "DST End time" to within 2... -

IP camera using CPL (network over power) ?
ok ... in terms of bandwith, how do I need to calculate it ? the camera will be continuously recording on a Synology NAS .... is the bandwith calculated based on the camera resolution ? For example1 Mega Pixel is ... ? Many Thanks !- fa355115

gDMSS Plus or gDMSS Lite - can not hear the person ringing
Hi there, I have a VTO connected to 2 VTHs and gdmss app (both tried the Lite and plus Version), but when someone rings at the VTO, smartphone rings, I open the gDMSS, I see picture, person can hear me but I can not hear the person. Both tried in WIFI or 4G ... Any idea what I should be... -

I know what a VPN is ... but I do not see any VPN option in the camera config ?? I have also tried the DahuaDDNS but I get conenction failed. I have open on my router ports 80, 80, 80 192.168.1.5 (my camera IP) and when I log in dahuaddns I see my device, can click on it (xxxx.dahuaddns.com)...
