    Take non SIP FW 4.0 from here [FAQ] - Dahua VTO/VTH Firmware Link-Sammlung / Anleitungen Anyhow I suggest to upgrade all your devices to latest SIP 4.3 firmware.

    NO. After "playin" with dahua stuff for years, this is the first release note I've every found so far when it comes to VDP devices. So obviously the information IS there, but NO official way to get access to this infos. All I got so far was just collected togehter from different sites/forums...

    Yes - I run all my devices on 4.3 and I'm quite happy with that. Could not test a 4.4 coz all my devices are gen1.

    Reset everything, give all devices static IP's and set 'em up again.

    As far as I understand, you have to move the wires from the relay contacts of your viking to to the VTO. Then the VTO internal relay opens the door. Add a new SIP extn. on phone system UCM6208 for the VTO and set dtmf to SIP_INFO.
