agreed. Expensive Samsung TV is half obsolete in 3 or 4 years... can't do half of the current stream options. If you can make it work, great, if not, no biggie:) Thanks! -

Thanks.. the red boxes do block the hamburger briefly (attached pic) but they go away if you wait. But the hamburger is still inactive, and "loading H264 player" is "busy" -

same here, but after the red errors went away, I still cannot get the settings to open... just grayed out and loading h264 spinning in the display... can't get past that. I was hoping there was something I could put into the web address or something that would force Java... -

I'm trying to do the same with my (also older) Samsung TV... using the UI3 v 260, it starts to load UI3 but stalls "loading h264". I can't select the settings or options to change to Java or change the res... those options are grayed out as it is still trying to load H264. Did you see that and... -

I'm using BI, no NVR, so the short timeout is from the cameras I think... -

on the Dahua 5442 web settings (either older version or new s3 version), the timeout before having to re login is short. Can that be changed? I see no way... when working on several cams it's a pain to have to re login constantly.. and no way to use a password saver either I think?.... thanks -

perhaps try a different substream profile after the find / inspect? I have 3 options: (substream 1,2, or 3) in addition to the mainstream. Just a guess... -

I'm also on same firmware as Ingeborgdot... System Version V3.100.0000000.5.R, Build Date: 2023-05-09 The option to lower the IR for overexposure isn't something I need as those cams use external IR lights (avoiding spiders, bugs, rain, snow, etc) -

well, I THOUGHT I had turned OFF the "Network Settings --> Platform Access --> ONVIF", but apparently not. Maybe I didn't hit "apply". I re did that, and now the find inspect on both 5442 S3 cams is populating the profiles correctly (and seeing the camera properly on the Onvif Find/inspect data... -

Nope! camera works great (after I input the profiles manually)... and I have two 5442 S3's that show this the same way... so messing with FW is not in my plans:) (they are direct from Andy, so I'll stay pat! ) Be nice to solve this for simplicity and since others saw same thing, but I can live... -

ok, tried that.. added Onvif user, (I didn't change camera logins, just added an onvif user), used that new "Temp" login for USER/PW in the find inspect page...and find /inspect gave same data dump. No changes. -

OnVif user/pw is ok. PTZ set correct, I think: Camera user name and pw also correct: but as you can see, find/inspect gives blank profiles. Manually entering profiles: /cam/realmonitor?channel={CAMNO}&subtype=0&authbasic={AUTH64}" and the substream (type=1 or 2) does allow zoom for me on... -

I had the same experience with my 5442 s3. and no zoom... I used "dahua" as "make" in the Network IP Camera settings (Video: Configure) and "IPC-a35 RTSP" as "model", that gave me back both main and Sub, and the zoom function. The find/inspect option did not work for me, like yours. -

ok, user error, a varifocal s3 version of the 5442 lost zoom, but I got it back by messing with the video settings... no real idea what happened. BUT, while trying the other cams, I forgot that two are 2.8 lens, NOT varifocal, so of course there are no zoom settings in the cams setup! Too long... -

I have 4 varifocal 5442's and suddenly, two are missing the zoom settings in the cameras setup menus (setup: conditions (zoom tab missing). All have ptz enabled in Blue iris (PTZ/Control, enable Pan/Tilt/zoom), and I tried rebooting the cams, PC, BI, the varifocals just lost that part. I tried...
