    Glad you got it sorted. I HAVE seen the Hyper-V V-switch flake out before a couple of times. Usually once right after install, then once you drop it, and reconnect it it's fine for good.

    Make time is .4 sec break is 10. Increasing pre-trigger helped a bit. A couple events were ok, but others still the same.

    No network dropouts, but not happy with the event captures, seems to miss the first 5-7 seconds of motion, even though it shows the beginning of the motion trigger in the event thumbnail. Will start a new thread on that.

    Interesting. I just (yesterday) set up a new Windows 10 Hyper-V guest with 2 Top-201 cameras (yeah, no budget) to monitor a server room. Will let you know if I experience anything similar.

    I don't think anyone mentioned this yet, domes can be a bit limited in their adjustabilty, so do some checking calculating before you commit to domes. Turrets can be a happy medium between bullets and domes.

    Is that 3cm to infinity fixed, or is it adjustable. If it's fixed, that would be a great tool for inspecting potential wiring runs, before drilling larger holes.

    I love 5Ghz. I get much better bandwidth on my laptop and mobile devices than 2.4 I use wired for everything except mobile devices, and my laptop when I'm on the couch. I do plug it in when at my desk.

    Indeed. I have 7 Hik 2032s, 2 cheap trendnets, a crappy dlink and a really old 4xem. I don't need any more cameras. So of course I have 3 201s arriving next Wednesday. :)
